Patent work in imaging, display, audio-visual, automation, data-processing and software-interaction technologies.

Jie Lin is a registered Chinese patent attorney who joined Kingsright in 2019. Before joining the firm, Mr. Lin worked as an in-house intellectual-property engineer at a large enterprise, where he focused on patent mining and development in imaging technology, audio-visual display and playback, display components, emerging display technologies, and virtual reality. He has extensive filing experience in automatic-control equipment, data processing, and software interaction, alongside substantial practice in office-action responses, reexaminations, and PCT matters. His representative work includes patent early-warning analysis and portfolio planning for glasses-free 3D display technologies — covering 3D display algorithms, display devices, and VR-related patents — as well as outbound foreign-filed applications relating to full-digital radiation-detection equipment, including PET/PET-CT technology, radiation-detection methods, signal-processing methods, and imaging solutions. He works in Chinese and English.
